About us
Team Home Rentals B.V. was established with the aim of unburdening you in a professional manner and providing you with qualitative and flexible accommodation for your staff. We would like to solve the housing issue together with you and see ourselves as a partner for your projects. We remain actively involved throughout the entire process to ensure quality. From key transfer on check-in to the moment of check-out, we’re there to help and assist.
Labor migrants
Many labor migrants currently reside in Western Europe and therefore also in the Netherlands. Employers ‘organizations in the temporary employment sector and in agriculture and horticulture, together with the employees’ organizations, developed a quality mark (SNF quality mark) that sets requirements that housing migrant workers must at least meet. This means important steps have been taken, both in quantitative and qualitative terms, to achieve better housing for these labor migrants.
More than 10 years of experience
Since 2009, founder Mark Groeneveld has been involved in real estate and housing. After years of experience in this industry, he decided to do it completely independently – and started with Team Home Rentals. With the aim, the name says it all, of realizing housing with good service. We currently serve our customers for various projects, particularly in the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Groningen, Middenmeer and Antwerp area.
